Leadership

Meet the people guiding Tristar Claim Partners.

Phil Breeden — Founder | Consumer Advocate | Public Adjuster

Phil Breeden is a nationally respected insurance consumer advocate and the founder of TriStar Claim Partners. With more than three decades standing up for policyholders, Phil believes insurance companies have entire teams working for them — policyholders deserve the same. In 1989, Phil returned to Tennessee and made history as the first licensed public insurance adjuster in the state. Today he continues to advocate for clients with clarity, experience, integrity, tenacity, and resolve.

Ron Osteen — Senior Advisor | Business Development

Ron Osteen brings decades of relationship-driven sales and business development experience to TriStar. He listens first, asks the right questions, and brings clarity to conversations that can otherwise feel overwhelming. His background includes construction, real estate, SaaS, media, and professional services. At TriStar, Ron guides clients from first conversation through commitment so they feel informed, supported, and comfortable at every step.
